Founding Session – The First Pour in Korea

On March 28, 2026, the Dram Alliance Korea Chapter will hold its very first founding session in Incheon.

This gathering marks the beginning of Dram Alliance in Korea — not as a formal club, but as a growing community of whisky lovers connected by curiosity, friendship, and the simple joy of sharing a dram.

The founding session will take place as an intimate BYOB Story Session, where each participant brings a bottle that holds personal meaning. Through these bottles, members will share the stories, memories, and journeys that whisky has carried through their lives.

Rather than focusing on rarity or prestige, the evening celebrates the spirit that defines Dram Alliance: connection, openness, and the idea that every dram has a story worth telling.

To commemorate the moment, Chapter Keepers from around the world will also join symbolically through short video messages, welcoming Korea into the global Dram Alliance community.

The gathering will be accompanied by a small live jazz performance, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere where conversation can flow naturally alongside the whisky.

This founding session represents the first step of the Dram Alliance Korea Chapter — a beginning built on shared passion, global friendship, and the belief that whisky brings people together across borders.
